In short
- You can browse, try every live preview and buy products for the licence tier you choose.
- Payment is handled by a payment provider; we never see your full card or bank details.
- Products come as they are, but faulty products are fixed or refunded under the refund policy.
- Our liability is capped at what you paid for the product concerned.
- Indonesian law applies.
Who we are
Inazda is a software studio run by Muhammad Rizqan Nur Adjie Adzani in Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan, Indonesia. "Inazda", "we" and "us" mean the studio; "you" means the person using the site or buying a product.
These terms apply to inazda.com and its pages, including Inazda Market, Inazda Studio and the live previews. Inazda UI at ui.inazda.com follows these terms too, unless a page there says otherwise. Contact: [email protected].
Using the site
You may browse the site, read the documentation and open every live preview to judge whether a product fits. Please don't:
- use files you copied from a live preview in your own work without buying a licence. Being able to view a page's source in your browser doesn't give you a licence to use it;
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the site, or get around anything that protects it;
- scrape the site in a way that slows it down for other people;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
Buying digital products
- Prices. Prices are shown on each product page in US dollars, for the Personal licence, with Commercial and Extended prices shown before anything goes in your cart. The payment page shows the final amount, including any tax or fee the payment provider applies, before you pay.
- Payment. Checkout hands you to a payment provider (currently Mayar). The provider takes your payment details; we receive the order, not your full card, bank or e-wallet details.
- The contract. Your purchase is complete when the payment provider confirms payment. You then get access to the files, by download link or email.
- Downloads. Keep a copy of what you download. Links can expire; if you lose access, email us with your order details and we'll send the files again.
- Mistakes. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we'll tell you before the order is completed, or refund you if it already was.
What you may do with a product
What you can do with a product you bought is set by the Inazda Licence and the tier you bought (Personal, Commercial or Extended). In short: you can use it in your own projects and change it freely; you can't resell or share the files as they are.
Fonts that ship with a product are licensed under the SIL Open Font License (OFL) and the OFL governs them. Third-party libraries included in a download keep their own licences, which are listed in that download.
Refunds
Refunds for digital products are covered by the refund policy. In short: if a product is faulty or materially not as described and we can't fix it, you get your money back within 14 days of buying.
Studio projects
Client work through Inazda Studio is agreed in a written proposal for each project, covering scope, price, payment and hand-over. Where that proposal and these terms differ, the proposal applies to that project.
Updates, prices and availability
- We may update products, for example to fix bugs or keep up with browsers. Updates to a product you bought are offered where the product page says so.
- We may change prices or stop selling a product. That never affects a purchase you already made: you keep the files and the licence you bought.
- Live previews and the site may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance.
Demo content and your content
- Brands, people, places, figures and records in our demos are fictional, and data in the app kits is synthetic. Don't present them as real; replace them with your own before you launch.
- If you send us a brief, files or questions, you keep all rights to them. We use them only to answer you or to do the work you asked for.
No warranty
We test our products (in current browsers, in light and dark, at phone and desktop widths, and against WCAG 2.2 AA), but we provide them as they are. We don't promise that a product is free of errors, fits every purpose or works with every setup, host or tool you use with it.
This doesn't take away any right you have under Indonesian consumer protection law (Law No. 8 of 1999) that can't be excluded by agreement.
Limits on liability
- As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with a product or the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim is about. For free products and for using the site without buying, that limit is zero.
- We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost data, lost business or downtime.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any liability that can't be limited under Indonesian law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
If something goes wrong, write to us first; most problems are solved by email. If we can't settle it together within 30 days, either of us may take it to a competent court in Indonesia. If you buy as a consumer, you keep any right you have to go to a consumer dispute settlement body (BPSK) or to the courts where you live.
These terms are written in English. A Bahasa Indonesia version is available on request; if you are in Indonesia and the two differ, tell us and we'll resolve it in your favour where the law requires.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version number and effective date at the top of this page change when we do. A change never applies backwards to a purchase you already made.
