Inazda Licence
This licence covers every product bought from Inazda Market: templates, app kits, UI packs, asset kits and tools. The tier you bought is shown on your receipt.
Written in plain language; not legal advice — if you need certainty for your situation, ask a lawyer.
In short
- Use what you bought in as many of your own projects as your tier allows, and change it as much as you like.
- Personal is for your own projects; Commercial adds client work; Extended adds products your users pay for.
- Don't resell, share or give away the files as they are, or as a kit of your own.
- Fonts are OFL and ship free; third-party parts keep their own licences.
The three tiers
| Tier | Who | Covers | Doesn't cover |
|---|---|---|---|
| Personal | One person | Your own projects: your portfolio, personal site, side projects and the site of your own product or small business. Unlimited projects. | Client work; products where the item is part of what users pay for |
| Commercial | One seat | Everything in Personal, plus client work and commercial use: sites and apps you make for clients, and sites, apps and internal tools for businesses. Unlimited end products. | Products where the item is part of what users pay for |
| Extended | One seat | Everything in Commercial, plus end products where the item is part of what your users pay for, such as a paid app or subscription product whose interface is built from the kit. Unlimited end products. | Reselling or sharing the item itself |
Each licence is for one person (a "seat"). A team buys one seat for each person who works with the files. Personal is always one person.
Words used here
- Item: the product you bought, meaning its code, designs, images, renders, 3D models, documentation and any other files in the download.
- End product: a site, app or other finished work that you make with the Item and your own content, and that is more than the Item itself.
- You: the person, or the company that person works for, named on the order.
What every licence lets you do
Inazda grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, with no end date, to:
- use the Item in end products, as many as your tier allows (all three tiers allow unlimited end products of the kind they cover);
- change, combine and extend the Item as much as you like;
- use the renders, cut-outs and models inside the end products you build with them;
- keep using what you bought for as long as you like. Updates may be offered separately.
Personal
- For one person and their own projects, such as a portfolio, a personal site, a side project, or the site of their own product or small business.
- Not for work you deliver to a client, and not for end products where the Item is part of what users pay for.
Commercial
- Everything in Personal, plus client work and commercial use: sites, apps and internal tools you make for clients or for a business.
- Each end product you deliver to a client is covered; you don't need a licence per page. Your client may use, host and maintain that end product. To make new end products from the Item, they need their own licence.
Extended
- Everything in Commercial, plus end products where the Item is part of what your users pay for: for example, a paid app or subscription product whose interface is built from the kit, or a product sold to many customers.
What no licence allows
- Reselling, sharing or giving away the Item's files as they are, or as a template, theme, UI kit, component library or asset pack of your own, paid or free.
- Putting the Item into a product that lets other people make their own sites or apps from it, such as a site builder, theme marketplace or template generator.
- Publishing the Item's source files where anyone can download them, such as a public code repository. A private repository is fine, and so is the code of your published end product that browsers load as part of using it.
- Presenting the fictional brands in our demos (for example Kesten, Arus or Pairmark) as real companies. Replace them with your own before you launch.
- Selling the fonts on their own (see below).
- Using the Inazda name or logo to suggest that Inazda endorses your end product.
Fonts
Fonts that ship with a product (such as Geist and Instrument Serif) are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 (OFL). They are included free, as extras; the OFL, not this licence, governs them, and its text is in each download. Inazda never sells a font on its own.
Third-party notices
- Third-party libraries included in a download (for example GSAP or three.js, where present) keep their own licences, which are listed in that download's README.
- Path-traced scenes use CC0 materials and HDRIs from Poly Haven and ambientCG; sources are listed with each asset kit (
SOURCES.md). - Brands, people and figures in demos are fictional. Data in the app kits is synthetic.
Who owns what
Inazda keeps the copyright in the Item. You own what you add and the end products you make, apart from the Item inside them, which you use under this licence.
Upgrades and seats
To move to a higher tier, you pay the difference between the two prices. To add people, buy more seats. Email us if you need a quote for a larger team.
When the licence ends
- If you break this licence and don't put it right within 14 days of us telling you, the licence ends.
- A refund also ends the licence for that product (see the refund policy).
- When a licence ends, stop using the Item and delete its files.
Warranty, liability and law
The no-warranty, liability and governing-law sections of the terms of use apply to this licence. Indonesian law governs it.
