About the series

Winter on this coast is mostly grey. The series waits for the hour when grey turns into something else: a band of light under a storm, the last of the sun on wet rock, a sea the colour of slate.

Each frame is edited only for exposure, colour and a level horizon. Nothing has been added to or taken out of a view.
