Fernhall Workrooms is a small, quiet workspace with desks, two meeting rooms and a proper kitchen, open to members and day visitors.

Most people who work on their own have tried both, and a big flexible office on top.
Work never quite ends when it's in the same room as dinner, and nobody else is there to talk to at lunch.
Good for an hour. Then the music changes, the table is wanted, and the call you have at three has nowhere to go.
Rows of strangers, a different desk every day and a booking app for the kettle.
Six rooms over two floors. Every member can use all of them; meeting rooms are booked by the hour.

Shared tables by the big windows, for people who like a bit of noise around them.

No calls, no music, no meetings. Phones on silent.

A meeting room with a screen and a whiteboard, booked by the hour.

A bigger room for workshops and team days, booked by the half day.

For reading, a quick call or a coffee with someone who isn't a meeting.

A real kitchen, a table for twelve and lunch at the same time as other people.
With every plan, including a day pass.
Three common places to work when you don't have an office, compared by approach. We're not the right answer for everyone, and the table says where.
