For adults and children. Most visits and tests need no referral.
General practice
Check-ups, illness, prescriptions and referrals. Walk in, or book a time to skip the queue.
Blood and urine tests
Most results are ready the same day and sent to your phone, with the normal range next to each number.
Health check packages
Basic, standard and complete panels for work, travel or a yearly check. A doctor goes through the results with you.
Children's health
Growth checks, vaccinations and sick visits with a paediatrician, in a separate waiting area.
Vaccinations
Flu, hepatitis B, typhoid and travel vaccines. Bring your vaccination book if you have one.
Home sample collection
An analyst comes to your home or office for blood samples, within the city. Book a day ahead.

- Send a referral by email or WhatsApp. Results go back to you and to the patient, signed by our clinical pathologist.

Do I need to fast before a blood test?
Only for some tests, such as blood sugar and cholesterol. Then have nothing but water after dinner, and come before ten in the morning. We tell you when you book.
Can I walk in without booking?
Yes. Booked patients are seen first, so a walk-in visit may mean a wait at busy times, usually in the early morning and evening.
How do I get my results?
By WhatsApp and email as a PDF, with the normal range next to each result. You can also collect a printed copy at reception.
Which payments and insurance do you accept?
Cash, debit cards and QRIS. We work with several private insurers; ask us before your visit if yours is one of them.
Can someone come to my home?
Yes, for blood samples within the city. Book at least one day ahead. A small home-visit fee applies.
Who can see my records?
Only the staff treating you. We never share results with an employer or insurer without your written consent.
