Patchwell · the agent for product teams

Describe it. Watch it ship.

Patchwell sews new features into your product with your own thread: your components, your tests, and your say-so before anything merges.

The workroom

Four stitches,
every time.

  1. 1

    It reads before it cuts.

Patchwell opens your repo and your design tokens before it plans a single line.

  2. 2

    It names the work.

Every run gets a branch, a short plan and a label you can find again next month.

  3. 3

    It builds with your thread.

New code imports your Button and your tokens. Nothing from a stranger's kit.

  4. 4

    It waits for the fitting.

Tests run, the diff waits, and nothing merges until a person says yes.

Close-up of the tomato cursor patch: thousands of satin stitches in parallel rows, with the grey merrowed border rolled over the edge.

Close up,
it still holds.

Satin stitch, 4,200 passes, merrowed edge. We like our work the way you like your pull requests: tidy at arm's length, and tidy under the loupe.

The pressing table

Iron one on.

Pick a patch, put it anywhere on the jacket, then press the iron. Pressed patches stay put. The ones you haven't pressed still move.

Drop patches here

Patches

Drag a patch onto the jacket. Keyboard: Tab to a patch, move it with the arrow keys (Shift for bigger steps), press Enter to iron it on.

0 of 4 pressed

  1. Nothing pressed yet. 15 s, medium heat, no steam.

The fitting

Nothing merges
until you say so.

Every run ends here: four alterations, a test count and two buttons. You stay the tailor; Patchwell holds the pins.

Care label

Will it push to main?
Never. Patchwell works on its own branch and opens a request. A person approves; then it merges.
Does it use my components?
Yes. It reads your component folder and tokens first, then imports from them. If something is missing, it asks before inventing one.
What does it do when tests fail?
It reads the failure, tries a fix once, and if that fails too it stops and shows you both runs.
Is this a real product?
No. Patchwell is a fictional brand made to show this template. Swap the copy, prices and patches for your own.
